Challenge DV: bringing DFV workplace training online

Challenge DV delivers education and awareness programs designed to prevent domestic and family violence through conversation, reflection, and practical action. Through storytelling and facilitated discussion, Challenge DV helps participants move beyond awareness into meaningful behaviour change.

Challenge DV’s face-to-face training was already creating powerful perspective shifts and sparking important conversations. The challenge was translating that same emotional depth and authenticity into a digital learning experience that could reach more people, without losing the humanity that made the original so impactful.

We began with a deep dive into the face-to-face workshop to identify the moments that truly resonated: the stories, the reflective activities, the conversations that challenged thinking. From there, we reimagined those moments for digital delivery.

Working closely with the Challenge DV team, we co-designed a learning experience that balanced storytelling, reflection, and practical action. The course was structured to feel immersive rather than instructional, encouraging learners to pause, reflect, and connect content to real-world situations.
