Team huddles are short, 20-40-minute focused meetings intended for information sharing and capability uplift. Here’s how they work:

Leadership: These huddles are led by team leaders who facilitate discussion and ensure objectives are met.

Structure: While high-level agendas are provided for a consistent huddle experience, leaders have the flexibility to adapt and build upon them, tailoring the content to the team’s specific needs.

Alignment with eLearning: It’s advisable for these huddles to coincide with the team’s progress through the Instructional Design PLUS eLearning. This ensures that discussions in huddles can be grounded in and enriched by the content from the eLearning modules.

Delivery mode: The team huddles design leans towards face-to-face, promoting direct interaction and real-time feedback.

In essence, team huddles are dynamic, leader-driven sessions that encourage open communication – allowing instructional design teams to align, adapt and grow together.

Course structure

Your team will have 12 months of access to the course and to use the coaching sessions. You can go as fast or as slow as you like!

We provide a recommended 4-month schedule that maps out the eLearning modules, team huddles and coaching sessions.

Completion of the program involves:

  • Self-paced learning: Around 10 hours
  • Completion of project and certification: Dependent on chosen project size and complexity

As a guide, a project requiring creation of learning materials for a 1-day face-to-face or a 45-minute eLearning project will need the equivalent of 15 to 20 days of effort.

There are none! Whether you’re an instructional design newbie or a seasoned pro, our tools and templates have got you covered.

Each of your team members will receive three 90-minute coaching sessions with one of our senior instructional designers for specific support and tailored feedback!

We’ll run a launch workshop to introduce the program and how the pieces fit together. It’ll be packed with hands-on activities to begin activating and priming your knowledge for the program.

  • Deep Dives into Your Work: We don’t just skim; we dive deep to offer constructive feedback.
  • Q&A Time: Have questions? Need clarity on the process and tools? We’re all ears and ideas!
  • Tailored Growth Path: Our coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’re here to push your boundaries, deepen your insights, and sharpen those consulting skills.
